As a food reviewer here at Grubbio, I was captivated by the variety and creativity of the menu offerings. Among their signature drinks, the Wild Lavender Latte stands out. Combining honey with rich espresso and a fragrant floral essence, it’s a refreshing choice that dances across the palate without overwhelming sweetness. The other seasonal drinks, like the Ube Coconut Latte and the Sunset Refresher, showcase the cafe's commitment to innovation and flavor.
The heart of The Core Cafe lies in its culinary delights, particularly the Turkish Breakfast plate. This dish encapsulates a generous array of traditional elements, providing a hearty meal that's both satisfying and deeply flavorful. The care and quality in the preparation are evident, making it a must-try for breakfast enthusiasts. Many patrons, like Autumn Rose, have expressed how the food is flavorful and filling, showcasing the cafe's dedication to using high-quality ingredients.

My coffee was also outstanding, great tasting beans. I feel like you can come here for anything: work, leisure and or to just grab a quick coffee. I’ll be back!

Love this coffee shop in the Spring and Klein area! Ordered the Wild Lavender Latte (honey & lavender) and it was really good and the lavender came through! Not too sweet as a drink and the espresso was great. Big open space to meet up with a friend, play some Scrabble, or read and work. Also lots of food options.

We stopped by to grab a coffee and breakfast. The coffee was ok, the breakfast was great. We went back again the following weekend but opted to get our coffee elsewhere. The food we tried was the Turkish breakfast and the regular breakfast platter. I recommend getting both and sharing if you’re with another person. The second visit we got the cheese pastry and the beef swirl which both were pretty tasty.

I really like this cafe—it’s spacious, has plenty of outlets, and offers a comfortable atmosphere that’s great for getting work done. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is the wifi. On my last visit, I had to leave and find another place to work because the connection kept dropping. I had a lot to get done, and it just became too frustrating. Also, if you’re someone who gets cold easily, I’d recommend bringing a jacket—it can be a bit chilly inside.

You can really feel the love and care they put into their work. The place is clean, cozy, and welcoming. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this hidden gem. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates high-quality desserts and warm service!

They have really fun summer drinks. We tried the ube coconut latte and the mango matcha. The place has plenty of seating inside with pastries for purchase as well. Really nice that they have different options for whole milk substitutes.
